• Our client, a leading luxury car rental service provider in Lekki area of Lagos is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team. 

Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, and a strong drive to succeed.  

Salary:

• N60,000 basic salary per month + Commissions (5% commission on each client you bring + 10% commission on each agent you bring in)

Summary of the job role:

• The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for bringing in more clients to use the rental service either for office-to-office transportation, corporate events, VIP transportation, or for special events such as weddings, celebrations, and parties. You will also be expected to identify and engage with potential agents and club PR professionals who can refer customers to the rental service.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and market luxury car rental services to prospective clients, including corporate and individual clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, PR personnel, and other key influencers to increase customer reach.
• Manage the sales pipeline and effectively follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and commission-based incentives for new clients and agents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve company goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.

• Success in this role would mean achieving monthly sales targets, building and maintaining a strong client and agent database, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
