    Sales & Business Development Associate

    Knowledge

    • In-depth understanding of Mkobo's Early-Earned Wage Access (EEWA) and Mkobo for Business products.
    • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including lead generation, qualification, and sales methodologies.
    • Knowledge of financial services and Fintech industry trends (a plus).
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Highly motivated, self-directed, and with a strong work ethic.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify potential sales leads for EEWA and Mkobo for Business products.
    • Qualify leads, gather information, and prioritize based on sales potential.
    • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
    • Assist with prospecting and outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
    • Participate in sales calls and meetings (as needed) to present products and answer customer questions.
    • Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales and Business Development (as needed).
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Prepare reports on sales activities and results for the Head of Sales and Business Development.
    • Stay up-to-date on Mkobo's products and services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
