    Sales Manager (Property)

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
    • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
    • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales specialists
    • Oversee sales team performance
    • Monitor sales team KPIs and help to achieve goals
    • Coach, support and mentor members of the sales team
    • Monitor monthly and quarterly targets and create initiatives to ensure they are met
    • Develop strategies to boost sales team performance
    • Teach sales team tactics to generate leads and close clients
    • Render support to any member of the sales team who is placed on a performance improvement plan program to improve and achieve a top performer status
    • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
    • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
    • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
    • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
    • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
    • Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group.

     Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Proven real estate sales experience
    • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    • Superb leadership ability
    • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
    • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
    • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically with problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with little or no supervision.
    • Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment either independently or with a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce), and other sales application programs.
