    Sales Officer

    Summary of Job description:

    • Greet and assist customers as they enter the boutique.
    • Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Actively promote and up-sell boutique products to drive revenue.
    • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
    • Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and care instructions.
    • Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and organized boutique display.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall boutique goals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a boutique setting.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
    • 3-5 years experience in this industry
    • OND, HND in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration and other Related fields
