    Sales Operations Executive (Software Development and Technology Training)

    Job Description

    • Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies and channels to generate leads, including prospecting, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
    • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Effectively handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
    • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the software development and technology training space. Conduct market research to identify potential target segments, customer preferences, and sales opportunities.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including prospecting activities, leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to track progress against targets.
    • Collaboration: Work in synergy with the software development and training teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector, software development, or technology training industry.
    • Experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or value-based selling approaches is preferred.

    Core Skills And Competencies:

    • Proven track record doing deals, including comfort with the legal aspects of negotiations.
    • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Facility for identifying key strategic concerns quickly and driving internal stakeholders to a consensus and experience working in large, global software organizations.
    • Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
    • A track record of success in converting client leads into customers and executing contracts.
