    Sales Representative

    JOB BRIEF

    • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills who will be attached to our distributors to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for this locations (IKOTUN, EGBEDA, OJO, FESTAC, BARIGA, IJU ISHAGA,AGEGE,IKORODU,OSHODI, KETU, MILE 12).
    • As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in promoting our products by identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products and expanding our market presence.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
    • Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns
    • Identify and approach potential customers while also retaining the existing customer in other to expand the customer base.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of all our product line
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers by clearly conveying the benefits of our products
    • Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets through effective sales strategies
    • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
    • Stay informed and give a detailed quarterly report about industry trend, competitors’ products and market demands
    • Analyse customer preferences and give feedback to enhance products offerings
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges
    • Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customers interaction/feedback
    • Prepare and give a weekly report on sales performance and market trends.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products in other to maximize satisfaction.

    JOB REQUIREMENT & SKILLS

    • 2 – 5 years proven experience as a sales representative (experience in skincare and fragrance industry will be an added advantage)
    • ND/HND degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field will be preferred (SSCE holder with proven experience can also apply).
    • Highly motivated and result driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS word and Excel)

    Please note: Only candidates with proven SALES experience will be selected. And candidates within this location will be prioritized (IKOTUN, EGBEDA, OJO, FESTAC, BARIGA, IJU ISHAGA, AGEGE, IKORODU, OSHODI, KETU, MILE 12).
