Security Officer at First Independent Power Limited (FIPL)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria

Job Details

• FIPL presently needs  Security Officers to join her workforce and will report to the Chief Security Officer.

Purpose Statements

• To assist the CSO in developing and implementing strategic security protocols and procedures.

Key Deliverables

• Enforce FIPL security procedures and protocols
• Interpret security procedures to guards
• Carry out routine security assessments and surveys
• Intelligence gathering
• Guards supervision
• Support CSO with daily, weekly and other reports collated from various plants
• Monitor CCTV and report breaches
• Investigate breaches if directed
• Carry out other functions as assigned by the CSO

Qualifiaction, Knowledge / Skills

• Holder of a Degree or HND in Social / Management Sciences or any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Security
• Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• Physically fit with ability to work with little or no supervision
• Should live in Port Harcourt
