Job description:

As Manager / Head of the Applied Research and Development Department at Weppa Farm, you will be responsible for

• Managing a team of 5-10 people to ensure the production of compost and biochar, as well as the
• Implementation of agroforestry systems and other innovative farming activities.

Requirements:

• Senior agronomist, 5 to 10 years’ experience in practical agricultural production.
• Knowledge of compost, biochar, and agroforestry and soil organic matter management practices.
