• Tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Write high-quality, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication within the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business leaders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the software.
• Document architectural decisions, system designs, and technical specifications.
• Organize and lead knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Doing research, sometimes with prototypes or Proof of Concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven work experience as a Laravel Developer or similar role
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable PHP code and strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Advanced understanding of database engines.
• Advanced proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to convey technical ideas in a clear, logical fashion.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
