Job Overview

The senior manager will lead teams of professional staff in primarily providing personal income tax compliance and advisory services, including private wealth support to our clients. In addition, the successful candidates will be involved in practice management for the firm including supporting with driving business development initiatives

Qualification 

• Bsc, HND(Minimum of 2.1/Upper credit in any field)
• Professional or postgraduate educational qualification: ICAN, ACCA, CITN, MBA is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Lead team to provide:
  • Employee compensation handling
  • Tax planning and structuring for individuals and unincorporated businesses
  • Global mobility support
  • Personal income Tax compliance including managing tax audits end to end
  • Total reward strategy, design and implementation
  • Executive and employee compensation programmes 
• Manage relationships with clients, regulators, and other external parties, provide insights and champion thought leadership
• Drive business development initiatives
• Provide guidance to the firm and clients regarding changes and emerging issues in the tax and business landscape
• Project management and management reporting
• Perform other related tasks and official assignments
