Senior Product Manager at Blockops Network

What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our blockchain-based products or platforms. Identify market opportunities, user needs, and business objectives to inform product roadmap and prioritization.
• Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct market research, and competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the blockchain space. Collaborate with stakeholders to define user personas, use cases, and product requirements.
• Product Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive development sprints.
• Community Engagement and Adoption: Build and nurture relationships with our community of users, developers, and ecosystem partners. Drive adoption of our blockchain products or platforms by creating compelling value propositions, educational resources, and developer tools.
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success. Analyze data and user feedback to iterate on product features, improve user experiences, and drive continuous growth and innovation.
• Perform other tasks as required - You will carry out any additional duties and responsibilities as needed, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate should have the following:

• You have accumulated 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful blockchain-based products or platforms.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and technical requirements into actionable product plans.
• Passion for blockchain technology, decentralization, and the potential to transform industries and economies. Experience working in Agile development methodologies and proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• You're capable of taking initiative and working independently.
