Senior UI/UX Designer at Bex-IT Digital Solutions

Job Description:

• As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Bex IT, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create seamless and visually stunning experiences for our users.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in UI/UX design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for our products.
• Conduct user research, gather user requirements, and create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs that align with our brand and user experience goals.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our design processes and products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance on UI/UX best practices.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
