    Service Delivery Manager

    Job Purpose

    • As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service delivery process, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of services

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
    • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.
    • Manage budgets and forecasts.
    • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
    • Evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement and design solutions to implement change.
    • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
    • Coordinate different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
    • Identify potential risks associated with new projects and initiatives before they are implemented.
    • Developing and supervising new processes and procedures to enhance business operations.
    • Manage the team and carry out other responsibilities/task assigned

    Requirements Special Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service delivery management
    • Strong understanding of service delivery processes, Process documentations, SLAs, and Issue resolutions.
    • Proficiency in project management and use of collaboration tools. E.g. Confluence
    • Proactively identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks in the service delivery process.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving service delivery performance and client satisfaction.
