Showroom Officer at Pragmatic Technologies

Responsibilities 

• Supports the Showroom Supervisor to ensure that showroom targets are achieved.
• Assist in stock management and ordering, reassess stock monthly and ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
• Build long-term relationships that fosters loyalty and trust with key customers.
• Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
• Ensure reports are sent in daily/as, and when due.
• Ensure the showroom and all displays are always neat and tidy.
• Enquiries and complaints handling.
• Alternative hotline management and handling RMA issues.
• Handle customers enquiries, complaints and recommended suitable solutions based on their needs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant certification in sales/marketing.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
• Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work and Strong business ethics.
