Social Media Manager / Content Creator at Owens and Xley

Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an experienced social media manager/content creator for our restaurant business located in Osapa, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Creating content with the appropriate materials
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Interacting with customers via the company’s social media accounts
• Analysing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
• Running company social media advertising campaigns
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid media presence
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with at least 2 years experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
• Understanding of basic graphic design principles
• Proximity to Osapa/Lekki
• Editing skills
