Job Summary:

• We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist/Creative Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
• This role requires a highly motivated individual who resides in or around Ajah, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools 

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Creative Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field.
