Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soya Line Preparatory Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and operating equipment used in the processing and production of soya products. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe handling of soya materials according to company guidelines and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare machinery for operation (e.g., blanchers, crushers, extractors).
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired outputs and quality standards.
• Load raw materials into machines and feed mechanisms.
• Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or defects and report problems to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Record production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role, preferably in food processing or related industries.
• Familiarity with operating machinery used in the production of soya products is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
