    Strategy and Digital Innovation Lead

    Job Summary

    • As the Strategy & Digital Innovation Lead, you’ll be helping the team deliver on the promise of excellence through digital innovation.
    • Your goal will be to conceptualize, lead and deliver winning digital marketing strategies leveraging new technology, socials, and innovative concepts and ideas to add value to clients’ brands.

    Job Description

    • Prepare strategy documents primed for presentation at pitches or strategic brand sessions.
    • Develop and present strategy documents internally and externally
    • Lead Pitch sessions and agency brainstorming sessions providing strategic direction for creative, content, media and socials.
    • Identify opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies and trends to enhance business operations and create value for client’s.
    • Regularly challenge Clients with new ideas that can grow their business and improve brand perception.
    • Assist in supervising external research agencies that the Agency may commission from time to time.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize innovative ideas that address client needs and drive business growth.
    • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
    • Establish innovation frameworks, processes, and KPI’s to evaluate and measure the success of innovation initiatives.
    • Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies and assess their feasibility for integration into the client’s business model.
    • Actively participate with creative, media and community management teams to define client requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
    • Be an evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down.

    Requirements:

    • Sound knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Programmatic, Social Ads, SEO, etc.
    • Strategic and innovative thinking and writing.
    • Data gathering and analytic skills.
    • Project Management skills.
    • Stakeholder Management skills.
    • Market Trend Analysis skills.
    • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Project Management, Visio, Excel, Word and Power Points).

    Candidate Specification:

    • BSc. in a related discipline
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of job related experience
    • Experience in leading digital marketing campaigns and projects
    • True passion for digitization, and a real appetite for transformation.
    • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and to participate in various committees
    • Related Digital Marketing Certification
