    Supply Chain Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing costs.
    • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials.
    • Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction throughout the supply chain.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Supply Chain Manager in a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
    • Experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
    • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
