    Telesales Executive

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and excellent communication skills. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our trading services, and converting leads into active traders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients using provided leads.
    • Clearly explain CM Trading’s products and services, including trading platforms, tools, and financial instruments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored trading solutions.
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
    • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new clients.
    • Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to better assist clients.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the conduct of telesales activities.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
    • Fluent in [insert language(s) required for the role].
    • Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
