Description 

• Scouting for partners and growing an extensive database of partners for the business, spanning across different regions
• Management of partner pipeline database across the different locations, conversion of the partners into active partners, recruiting a diverse range of partners (structured, unstructured, semi-structured) with the best possible rate
• Sourcing for trucks and partners on the field, negotiating best rates
• Understand how to measure assest seizes
• Partner pipeline management
• New Partner Conversion across multiple types of partners
• Partner growth, support and Management by working closely with the team
• Manage pre-mobilization for new partners, onboarding process KYC documentations are submitted before repeat trips.
• Follow up with onboarded partners and ensure regulatory documentations are collected

Person Specification

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc, HND or OND in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Motivated by the mission of the company
• Negotiation and Sales Skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive and willingness to learn
• Ability to speak any of the local dialects.
• A focus on execution, willingness and able to get hands dirty.
