The vice principal administration is a key member of the senior management team and ensures a close working relationship with the principal on a daily basis to ensure a smooth running of school

Vice principal administration job requirements:

• At least 10 years’  of general management experience including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
• Minimum qualification, BA/B.Sc. in education.  Master’s degree in education administration or leadership is an added advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, finance and student/staff development would be an advantage.
• Must possess strong work ethics and be able to work under pressure.
• A dynamic and highly driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Must be passionate about education and working with children.
