Responsibilities

• Check and ensure the quality of job cards received focusing on the warranty eligibility of vehicles and components.
• Verify approved warranties against claims on Auto Enhancer and the company website.
• Collect warranty documents as needed from various departments.
• Retain warranty documents in accordance with the company guidelines.
• Check the warranty status of vehicles through Auto Enhancer.

Required Skills / Experience

• BSC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in relevant field
• Professional Knowledge in Warranty claim
• Excellent Inter-personal and communication skill
• Computer savvy.
