    Workshop & Field Operator - Turbomachinery & Process Solutions

    You will be responsible for:

    • Supporting all other maintenance activities deployed in the shop
    • Performing mechanical maintenance activities at customer site as Field Service Engineer
    • Performing L2 on LM2500 and Inspection and Light repair on CC
    • Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
    • Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment’s and products at customer sites
    • Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
    • Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards
    • Being responsible to learn how to execute maintenance/installation of TPS rotating equipment and assist the others crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
    • Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures.
    • Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Engineering.
    • Have at least 5 years' experience in the oil & gas industry.
    • Be available to work on weekends and in long shift (up to 14h) during Customer shutdowns.
    • Be familiar with mechanical maintenance work.
    • Be familiar with Cranes, Lifting equipment ant tools, Fork lift, etc. as well as shop activities (cleaning, inspecting, machining of parts).
    • Be familiar with gas turbine / centrifugal compressor products
