    Account Recievable Manager

    Job Description

    The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments from clients. This role involves managing the accounts receivable team, developing strategies to improve collection rates, and maintaining customer relationships.

    • Supervise Accounts Receivable Team: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable team, including the training and development of team members.
    • Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers, and handle complex billing issues and disputes.
    • Collections: Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve cash flow.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and cash collection forecasts for senior management.
    • Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, resolving any billing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledger and ensure all accounts are accurately maintained.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles, with at least [5] years in a managerial position.

    General Manager, Financial Control

    Job Description

    • The General Manager, Financial Control will be responsible for directing and managing the company’s financial operations to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations.
    • Undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Financial Controller responsibilities also include financial risk management.
    • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
    •  Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
    •  Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
    •  Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
    • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
    • Support month-end and year-end close process
    • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
    • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Additional controller duties as necessary

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 7 years in a senior financial control role
    • Certifications: Professional certification such as ICAN, CPA, CFA, or ACCA.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the Technology space preferably in Telecoms
    • Familiarity with financial management software or tools
    • Proven track record of successfully managing financial audits and regulatory compliance.
