    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
    • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Hospitality Industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
    • Proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.

    Utility Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of utility systems, includinggas, compressors, chillers Vaccum absorption Machine,plumbing jobs, Bore holes
    • Schedule and assign tasks to utility workers, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
    • Monitor utility systems to ensure proper functioning and identify and resolve any issues or maintenance requirements.
    • Train and mentor utility workers in the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of utility systems.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.

    Requirements

    SAP Logistics Consultant (MM, PD, SD)

    Responsibilities

    • Should be the Front Face to support SAP Users across African region.
    • Close Co-ordination with Business Team and Offshore SAP Team
    • Complete involvement in SAP Rollouts.
    • Support Includes – Master Data Creation, Handling User Queries, Issue Resolution, Training to new users.
    • Assisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes. Documentation of issues and errors.
    • Application support and training of end users, new joiner, etc.
    • Cooperating with consultants from other modules such as FICO, PM, PP and QM
    • Month end support to the procurement team, ensure that all the month end processes and integration of modules are completed before the month close.
    • Identify, analyze and study if any new requirement highlighted by any Business Process owners and prepare the benefit analysis

    Requirements

    • This role requires domain knowledge in accounts and SAP MM /PP/SD functional expertise.
    • Bachelor's Degree with or without SAP certification.
    • Must have 3+ years of SAP experience .
    • Strong experience in SAP MM / SD / PP Module End User Support.
    • Good Understanding on SAP MM / SD / PP Master Data.
    • Good Understanding on the SAP Logistics to FICO Integration.
    • Good to Have – At least one End to End SAP ECC / S4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) and one or two roll out/support projects experience is mandatory.

    General Logistics Consultant Skills ( MM, PP, SD):
    Materials Management:

    • Strong knowledge in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Pricing Procedure, etc. is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management fundamentals and needs to have Clear understanding of Procure-to-pay cycle, PO/PR Release Strategy, External Services Management, Contracts, Master Data, Message Output, Price Determination and Special Procurement processes.
    • Should have fair knowledge on the accounting impact of the material management process.
    • Good Knowledge on all MM Masters.

    Production Planning:

    • Should have good understanding and knowledge in Production Planning process and Quality Management process.
    • Should be expertise in all PP Masters like., BOM , Routing, Work Centre , Production version.
    • Should be well versed in process order creation, partial confirmation, WIP calculation, TECO, etc.

    Sales & Distribution:

    • Good knowledge about SD Business Processes.
    • Sales Contracts, Sales Order, Delivery Processing, Shipment processing, Billing.
    • Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns.
    • Free of charge delivery, STO, rebates processing.
    • Consignment process.
    • Master Data: Customer Master Data, Pricing Condition types, Output condition types (Order Confirmation, Delivery Note, Billing.
