    Administrative Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, with a focus on finance, marketing, and corporate communications activities.
    • The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with marketing teams, the sales department, the finance department, and other departments as needed in relation to marketing activities.
    • Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities
    • Coordinate with the teams’ various ad campaigns, events, and other related activities.
    • Liaise directly with all external vendors to ensure steady business operations.
    • Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility, especially with vendor management.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team in strategically aligning marketing plans and strategies.
    • Manages invoice process with media buying agencies, through media watchdog monitoring reconciliation and reporting and generating media compliance reports for all media types.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing and marketing operations
    • Management and tracking of marketing invoices, and tracking of marketing expenses for monthly reconciliation
    • Processing of suppliers' payments by liaising with accounts payable
    • Reconciliation of vendors' accounts monthly

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications or related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on finance, marketing, and/or corporate communications.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and social media platforms is a plus.

    Master Data Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Master Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's master data management strategy and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all systems and processes.
    • The role involves leading a team of master data specialists and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that master data requirements are met and that data governance policies are adhered to.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material, etc.) as approved by the business
    • Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations, and periodic maintenance
    • Perform mass updates
    • Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
    • Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
    • Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems
    • Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
    • Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 2+ years’ experience in master data management preferably in global projects/companies
    • Previous master data management experience in SAP
    • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
    • Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas
    • Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
    • Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders of the progress
    • Experience working within a multicultural environment
    • Strong written and communication skills in the English language.
