    Administrative Manager (Factory)

    Industry: FMCG

    Location: Mowe, Ogun State

    Responsibilities

    • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
    • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
    • Managing the drivers, housekeeping staff and ensuring that they work productively
    • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
    • Ensuring that residences of expats are always well maintained and local staff (cooks, cleaners) perform their duty diligently;
    • Ensure that pool of vehicles is always well maintained and available for office managers to & fro residences, site visits
    • Address employees query regarding office management issues(e.g. stationery hardware and travel arrangements)
    • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
    • Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, celebrations and conferences
    • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
    • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
    • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
    • Liaising with the Materials Management department for the procurement and supply of stationery and other office utilities.
    • Staff transport management including allocation of vehicles for official journeys and assignments and approval of requests for repairs of official vehicles.
    • Management of immigration matters including the processing of visas, external travel arrangements.
    • Maintaining up to date immigration records for expatriate staff.
    • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the undersigned
    • Ability to handle Company’s properties with care
    • Must always dress smart, with sound communication skills (written and oral)

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. Degree
    • At least 8 years of experience as an established Administrator in a factory environment
    • Excellent Communication skills

    Chartered Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • manage financial systems and budgets
    • undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organisation's financial position)
    • provide financial advice
    • liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice
    • review the company's systems and analyse risk
    • perform tests to check financial information and systems
    • advise clients on tax planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimise their tax liability) and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
    • maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)
    • advise clients on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (corporate finance)
    • counsel clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency
    • detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting)
    • manage junior colleagues
    • liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
    • produce reports and recommendations following internal audits or public sector audits
    • prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
    • arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting

    Requirements

    • 2-3years experience as an Accountant
    • Must be chartered
