    Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensure that all administrative functions are handled professionally in a courteous manner.
    • Ensure meeting rooms are checked daily and serviced as directed.
    • Monitor stationery supplies, and place orders as appropriate
    • Take incoming calls from potential job applicants, external suppliers, clients and forward information as appropriate.
    • Carry out general office duties including filing and scanning, as required
    • Assist with general office administration

    Requirements

    • ND in any relevant field.
    • 1 year work experience in a similar role
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to Multi-task.
    • Good telephone etiquettes
    • Attention to Details.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

    Superintendent Pharmacy

    Job Description

    • Provide a full complement of pharmaceutical services in a community pharmacy that allows excellent patient care.
    • Dispensing appropriate dosage of prescription and OTC drugs to patients.
    • Facilitate the registration of the premises with PCN.
    • Coordinate and supervise other pharmacists, interns and support staff (pharmacy technicians sales assistants and cashiers).
    • Provides medicines information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counselling patients on drug therapies.

    Requirements

    •  Bachelor degree in pharmacy.
    • Registered with the pharmacist Council of Nigeria.
    • Good interpersonal relation and professionalism.
    • Good communication skills, problem solving and team work
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work with or without supervision, flexible and organized.
    • Maintains patient confidentiality and high level of efficiency and accuracy at all times.
    • Ability to multi-task, champion change and initiative.
    • Leadership/managerial skills are essential.
    • Understanding of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems.

     

    Candidates should be resident within Ibadan only.
