    Area Sales Manager - FMCG

    Description

    • Planning and management of sales territories, achievement of targets based on profitable potential and effective sales territory management.
    • To utilize all elements of the Sales Management Process (SMP) to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities within territory.
    • To actively manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory.
    • To target the appropriate customer groups to ensure successful introduction of new products.
    • To work with Engineering Management, Finance Management, Market Management, Product Management and other members of Sales Management team to ensure a consistent approach to business throughout the Company.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSC, in Marketing or other related discipline.
    • 4 - 6 years in sales and/or business management.
    • Must be between 30 - 45 years of age.
    • Experience in the FMCG Industry is an added advantage
    • NASCO, TGI, OK Foods, Trade Depo, OLAM, DANSA, GRACECO,,CARAWAY or other related companies within the sector is an advantage.
    • Proximity to Ajao, Lagos State is an added advantage.

    Assistant Production Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting production supervisors in managing product manufacturing facilities.
    • They spend time unloading and loading the products, inspecting products
    • Monitoring the measurement specifications of the products.
    • Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Production Manager
    • Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
    • Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
    • Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met
    • Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed on time
    • Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials
    • Handling any customer queries
    • Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager

    Requirements

    Section Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in underground, surface, or pit mining in specified section of mine: Coordinates activities, such as timbering, roof bolting, track-laying, undercutting, drilling, blasting, loading, and conveying of coal, ore, or rock
    • Examines malfunctioning equipment and orders transfer of faulty unit to surface shop or orders repair at work site.
    • Inspects section for hazards, such as gas, falling rock, squeezes, and poor ventilation, using devices, such as safety lamps, anemometer, and crowbar.
    • Maintains records of production, area mined, and location of personnel and equipment.
    • Orders and distributes supplies, such as bits, wire, machine parts, bulbs, and chalk.
    • Supervise ammunition resupply operations ensuring all jobs are accomplish on time.
    • Lead division payroll meetings and maintain documentation available in share directory and portal to facilitate communication and standardization of payroll procedures.
    • Supervise and assist in the transportation, loading, and unloading of multiple types of hazardous materials between multiple DOD organizations.
    • Handle subpoenas, court orders.
    • Train variuos areas in HIPAA compliance.
    • Supervise the design and build unique laser and electronic systems for DoD applications.
    • Incorporate various principles of effective leadership to ensure accomplishment of mission and overall well-being of squad members.
    • Authore multiple spreadsheets/databases and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Supervise the activities of leadership and section operations in sustaining readiness preparedness.
    • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot creatively, solve problems effectively, and make inform decisions while successfully guiding others through constant change.
    • Monitor USAF parts supply system, authorize parts requisitions and cannibalization actions.
