    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
    • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, networking, and online lead acquisition.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with excellent service and addressing their needs.
    • Sales and Negotiation: Actively promote properties and negotiate deals with prospective buyers or renters. Ensure timely and successful closing of transactions.
    • Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the company's presence in new markets or developing partnerships with other real estate firms.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and online listings to showcase available properties.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including ROI assessments and cost-benefit analyses, to evaluate potential property investments.
    • Compliance and Legal: Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure all transactions are legally compliant.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and market trends to senior management.
    • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and industry professionals to continuously improve the company's services and offerings.

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

    • Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
    • Networking: The capacity to build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry and related sectors.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate software and tools for listings, customer management, and market analysis.
    • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork efficiently.
