    Admin Manager

    Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun.

    Job Description

    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
    • Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
    • Allocate responsibilities and office space.
    • Create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
    • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
    • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
    • Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
    • Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs
    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
    • Oversee Logistics, facilities and maintenance activities including tradespersons (e.g electricians)
    • Ensure the residence is good condition; water must be available at all times, it should be properly cleaned and maintain to ensure nothing is in lack, all damaged amenities fixed and all items accounted for.
    • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
    • Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, supplies, products, or services
    • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
    • Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies
    • Ensure plant, machinery and furniture maintenance
    • Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles
    • Consults, researches, negotiates and monitors contracts and agreements with outside suppliers, service providers, leasing agents and others.
    • Any other function as may be assigned by the Plant Manager and/or GMD

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BS.c/ HND in any relevant.
    • 5 - 8 years of experience in the manufacturing environment.
    • Great management skill
    • Good Communication skill

    Admin Officer

    Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun.

    Responsibilities

    • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
    • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
    • Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
    • Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
    • Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
    • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
    • Arrange travel and accommodations and book meeting rooms for in-house and external events

    Qualifications and Skills

    • HND / BSc Degree in a related field
    • 2-3 years proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    • Working knowledge of necessary productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Outlook Specifically).
    • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machines.
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients.
    • Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.

    Chief Security Officer

    Job Description

    Our client in the manufacturing industry is currently sourcing for a Chief Security Officer. The successful candidate must be able to use his experience to assist in the company’s mode of operandi.

    Responsibilities

    • Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and policies.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for our company, and managing the security of our physical and digital assets.
    • Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
    • Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
    • Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
    • Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
    • Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
    • Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
    • Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Safety Management, Information Technology Systems, or a similar field.
    •  Minimum 3 -5 years' experience working as a security officer.
    • Must have worked in a manufacturing environment
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional skills and the ability to lead a team.
    • Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws
