The position of Programme Officer specializing in Gender-Based Violence, Mental Health, and Psychosocial Support (GBV/MHSS) may involve risks such as dealing with sensitive issues, potential emotional distress, and challenges related to working with vulnerable populations. The incumbent must be prepared to handle these risks with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality to ensure the well-being of individuals seeking support.
