    Purchase Officer

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented young individual, aged 22 to 26, with at least an OND qualification, to join our team as an Administrative Officer - Operations Monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and reside in  Lekki or Victoria Island. This role involves monitoring and supervising our operational tools and equipment, coordinating repairs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operational Tools Monitoring: Regularly check and supervise operational tools and equipment across various locations, including generators, vehicles, computers, printers, and more.
    • Repair Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance of tools and equipment as needed.
    • Reports: Generate reports detailing the status, performance, and maintenance requirements of all monitored tools and equipment. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
    • Proactive Maintenance: Work with the team to implement proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
    • Issue Resolution: Ensure that all maintenance issues are promptly addressed and resolved to minimize disruptions in operations.
    • Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely assistance and resolution of identified issues.
    • Improvement Suggestions: Collaborate with the team to identify improvement opportunities and suggest appropriate strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.
    • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the team and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of OND qualification.
    • Aged between 22 and 26 years old.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Resides in Lekki and Victoria Island.
    •  Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
    • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
    • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Physical ability to move around different locations within Lekki and Victoria Island.

    Remuneration:

    • Salary: N60,000 (net) per month.
    • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and pension benefits included.
