    Chief Technology Officer

    Job Description

    As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. You will work with the executive team to grow the company through the use of technological resources. Using an active and practical approach, you will direct all employees in the Products, IT and development departments to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Technology Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement the technical aspect of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. 
    • Product Development: Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture. Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative digital payment solutions. 
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor the IT and engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric development. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (product, operations, sales, marketing) to define and deliver new products and enhancements. 
    • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of company data and digital transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
    • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of new technologies and fintech trends. Evaluate and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage. 
    • Budget Management: Manage technology budgets and timeframes. Optimizespendingand resource allocation. 
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or similar leadership role in a fintech or digital payments company. 
    • Extensive experience with system architecture, backend and frontend development, and cloud technologies. 
    • Strong knowledge of data analytics, cybersecurity, and financial regulations. 
    • Experience in project management, product management, and agile methodologies. 
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
    • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. 
    • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevantgraduate degree is a plus. 
    • Hands-on experience with payment processing systems and financial transactionsecurity. 
    • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. 
    • Experience in scaling tech operations in a startup environment. 
    • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in fintech.

    Mid-Level React Native Developer

    Job Description

    As a Mid-Level React Native Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building and maintaining mobile applications. Your role will be crucial in turning our innovative ideas into user-friendly applications that align with our clients' needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

    Job Description

    As a Mid-Level Front end developer (React.Js) is responsible for the development and delivery of parts of a product, according to the customers’ requirements and organizational quality norms which include:

    • Implement features and bug-fixing and deliver solutions following coding guidelines, on time, and of high quality.
    • Identify and implement unit and integration tests to ensure the solution addresses customer requirements and quality, and security requirements of the product are met.
    • Perform code review and creation/support for relevant documentation (requirement/design/test specification).

    ERPNext/Frappe Backend Engineer
