    Communications Lead

    • The Communications Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our brand, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders. This role involves overseeing the creation of compelling content, managing media relations, and coordinating both internal and external communication initiatives

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials.

    • The main goal of this position is to increase the number of pupils and boost revenues by effectively promoting the school to prospective parents and students.

    Responsibilities:

    Cleaning and Care Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Cleaning all areas of the nursery, including the learning areas, toilet, kitchen, and outdoor spaces
    • Providing care to the nursery children, including but not limited to, changing of diapers and helping them eat their food or snacks
    • Sweeping and mopping of floors
    • Dusting furniture and fixtures
    • Emptying trash and recycling bins
    • Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
    • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, including tables, countertops, sinks, toilets and changing tables
    • Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels and toilet paper
    • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished
    • Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management
    • Following health and safety protocols, and proper disposal of waste
    • Maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with children, parents and staff
    • Performing other duties as required from time to time

    REQUIREMENT

    • WAEC Senior School Certificate or equivalent
    • Enjoy working with young children
    • Prior cleaning experience, preferably in a childcare setting such as a nursery or school
    • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Ability to lift and move furniture when needed for cleaning etc
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to pass a background check and provide references
