    Community Management Executive

    Our client is Nigeria’s leading provider of relief products(Retail Outlets). Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a COMMUNITY MANAGEMNET EXECUTIVE (Social Media/Campaign Personnel).

    Job Summary
    The job exists to increase exposure and engagement of the organization through social media platforms to ensure the strategic positioning of the brand. The job also exists to support the lead generation activities of the organization.
    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organization’s brand.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content at regular intervals (e.g. original text, photos,
    • videos and news).
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
    • Analyze data to determine the reach of social media campaigns.
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
    • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,
    • Pinterest, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels.

    • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
    • Create periodic social media campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
    • Professional certification in Google Analytics is an added advantage
    • Between 1-3 years in a similar role.

    Our client is a fast growing mortgage bank which specialize in FHA/VA purchases, streamlines and cash out refinances. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a financial advisor(wealth manager).

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyze Financial Information, hold in-depth consultations with clients to learn about their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current asset allocation.
    • Analyze existing securities and portfolios and supplement their findings with research about possible investments.
    • Source and manage funds for the organization.
    • Offering clients suggestions on various financial products and services
    • Assisting clients in the purchase and sale of stocks
    • Managing and monitoring investments on behalf of clients
    • Helping clients with tax and estate planning services
    • Analyzing clients' financial goals and assets allocation
    • Examining clients existing investment portfolios and suggesting improvements
    • Helping develop effective strategies to increase overall wealth
    • Managing assets and setting up investments for clients
    • Coordinating with other Financial Planners to meet client’s goals

    JOB Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
    • 3- 5 years of experience as a Wealth Manager.
    • Familiarity with investment management.

    Social Media Manager/ Digital Marketer

    Our client is Nigeria’s leading provider of relief products and solutions to local and international organizations engaged in development work, emergency interventions and crisis management. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Social media manager/Digital marketer.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Study design briefs and illustrate concepts by designing rough drafts of art arrangement, font size, and style, and submitting them for approval.
    • Use digital graphic design software to create graphic images and design layouts that communicate company messaging and achieve artistic or decorative effects, including a selection of colors, images, and fonts.
    • Identify the best ways to communicate our vision, and create solutions that improve design capabilities while complying with design best practices.
    • Collaborate with clients, and creative team members such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project to determine project scope and send graphic asset deliverables.
    • Communicate designs and concepts to clients, Creative Designers, or the Brands and Marketing Manager before incorporating their recommended changes into revised designs.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3-4 years’ prior experience as a Professional Graphic Designer, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
    • Possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
    • Work on infographics, motion/still graphics, and thumbnails for content in Premiere, After Effects.
    • Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
    • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine-art, or any related discipline.
    • Photography experience and proficiency with photo/video-editing software
