    Content Associate

    About the Role:

    • The Content Associate at Swipe will drive our content marketing efforts to support the overall marketing and business development strategy.
    • This role will focus on creating compelling, high-quality content that engages our target audiences and drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Additionally, the Content Associate will manage Swipe’s social media accounts, ensuring that all content aligns with our strategic objectives and contributes to achieving our KPIs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:

    •  Develop and produce engaging content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and social media posts that resonate with our B2B and B2C audiences.
    •  Craft compelling copy for marketing campaigns, email newsletters, websites, and other digital platforms.
    • Create lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, webinars) to capture potential leads.

    Content Strategy and Planning:

    •  Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the marketing and business development goals.
    •  Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

    Social Media Management:

    •  Manage Swipe’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    •  Prepare and schedule social media content tailored to the target audience’s preferences and behaviors.
    •  Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor social media interactions to foster community engagement and drive leads.

    SEO and Keyword Optimization:

    •  Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
    •  Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content.

    Collaboration and Support:

    •  Work closely with the Digital Marketing Associate to ensure content supports digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    •  Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Lead to align content efforts with overall marketing strategies.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    •  Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content.
    •  Report on content KPIs and contribute to marketing performance reviews.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or a similar role.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content distribution strategies.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry is a plus.

    Digital Marketing Associate

    About the Role:

    • The Digital Marketing Associate at Swipe will be instrumental in executing our digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion.
    • This role will focus on leveraging various digital channels to reach our target audience, generate leads, and support the overall marketing and business development objectives.
    • The Digital Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development Lead to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with our strategic goals and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Campaign Management:

    •  Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
    •  Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

    SEO and SEM:

    •  Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
    •  Conduct keyword research and manage SEM campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation.

    Lead Generation and Nurturing:

    •  Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including PPC campaigns, content marketing, and email marketing.
    •  Implement lead nurturing workflows to guide potential clients through the sales funnel.
    •  Collaborate with the Content Associate to create high-converting landing pages and lead magnets. 

    Social Media Marketing:

    •  Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    •  Create and schedule social media content, monitor interactions, and analyse performance metrics.

    Email Marketing:

    •  Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
    •  Segment email lists and personalize email content for targeted communication.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    •  Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics platforms.
    •  Provide regular reports on digital marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and actionable insights.

    Collaboration and Support:

    •  Work closely with the Content Associate to ensure digital content supports overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
    •  Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Lead to align digital marketing efforts with broader business strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
    • Strong understanding of SEO (on-page and off-page), SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
    • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Experience in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
