    Content Writer (Onsite)

    Job Overview

    • As the Content writer, your primary focus is to create and write copy that is engaging, exciting, incites action or provokes a positive emotion in our audience as it relates to the Norrenberger Brand
    • We’re seeking to hirea creative thinker with excellent storytelling and research skills to join our team in Abuja as afull-time, onsite content writer.
    • As a member of our Digital Marketing & Brand communicationsteam, you will write and edit thoroughly researched copy (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media) in line with our brand guidelines while working closely with the rest of the brand communicationsteamto brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging.

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Interpret creative briefs to develop and execute creative concepts
    • Research and understand the organisation/subsidiary'sneeds and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
    • Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials across a range of platforms (website, social media, etc.)
    • Collaborate with the digital design team from concept development to delivery of final product
    • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback / direction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
    • 3 - 4 years professional content writing experience with solid portfolio of work.
    • Candidates must reside in Abuja or be open to relocating
    • Exceptional writing and research skill
    • Excellent organizational skill
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
    • Proficiency in SEO techniques / tools.

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • As the Front Desk Officer, your primary focus is to manage Front Desk Client services activities. As part of our Client Services team, you will play a significant role in curating and managing walk--in clients' first experience/impression of the organisation.
    • We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent communication and organisational skills to help us elevate our overall clients'experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome visitors and clients, while channeling client's queries to the appropriate department/person.
    • Provide administrative/secretarial support as and when needed
    • Receive and Respond to correspondence.
    • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Support the client service team in resolving customer complaints.
    • Maintaina database of customers and issuKYC forms to walk-in clients where necessary
    • Keeprecords of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in a relevant field
    • 1 - 2 years experience.
    • Good Interpersonal skills and Customer Service Orientation.
    • Prior experience as a front desk officer, ideally in a financial services institution
    • Excellent oratory, time & self-management skills.
    • Ability to create and manage spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
    • High interpersonal skills.
    • Effective Communication and good command of written/spoken English
    • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and customer service abilities.
    • Basic Secretarial & Computer Skills.

    Salary
    N75,000 - N80,000 monthly
