    Corporate Learning & Development Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    The Corporate Learning & Development Officer, will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

    • Develop Curricular for courses being delivered to corporate clients across sectors
    • Develop learning solutions proposals to clients accross sectors
    • Effectively coordinate the delivery of corporate courses via virtual or physical modes.
    • Carry out extensive business development at executive levels of corporate clients
    • Relationship Management to deepen existing corporate relationships
    • Continuous research to track changing client learning needs
    • Meet quarterly market share and financial targets
    • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Conducting training needs analysis surveys and research
    • Liaising with managers and create training processes.

    Requirements

    • A strong finance background with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university
    • A second degree or professional qualification is a plus
    • Minimum 5 years Learning & Development Experience.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    The Business Development Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

    • Leading the charge on market development and growth plans to identify new business opportunities
    • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities

    Risk Management Senior Consultant

    Job Responsibilities

    • The senior risk consultant will be responsible for working with other practice colleagues and our various clients across various sectors, to diagnose their risk management architecture, structures and activities, and design and implement appropriate best practice risk management frameworks and other solutions to enable them optimize their operations, earnings and overall performance.
    • This will also include delivering on risk management capacity building, and risk management software advisory.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelors degree in the business sciences Finance, Insurance, Banking, Risk Management with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university
    • Must have a second degree or professional qualification (MBA, ACCA, CFA, etc)
    • A Risk Management Certification or similar Risk Trainings is required
    • Must have extensive business development experience, especially at executive levels
    • Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in Risk Management from a best-practice institution.

    Project Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage consulting mandates from clients by assigning tasks to project teams and communicating expected deliverables contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
    • Determine and define projects and objectives and scope
    • Define the resources needed to reach the objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    • Track project costs in order to stay with the budget
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project execution strategy, adjustments, and progress
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

    REQUIREMENTS

    This ideal candidate must possess the following;

    • A BSc. in Project Management or in any of the business sciences
    • First class and Second-Class upper candidates only
    • A Distinction in English
    • 5-6 years of project management experience
