    Creative Personal Assistant

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a first point of contact as you deal with emails by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for my attention.
    • Manage calendar and organise meetings and appointments where necessary.
    • Organise events, courses/workshops.
    • Prompt/remind her of important tasks and deadlines.
    • Compile and prepare reports where necessary.
    • Implement and maintain existing procedures and admin.
    • Run errands as requested, assist with shopping, travel booking & reservations.
    • Assist in liaising with vendors where necessary
    • Respond to messages, DMs on social media platforms
    • Communicate and manage information and deadlines with other affiliate employees and contracted staff
    • Conserve my time by reading researching on Market trends & insights, BizDev methods, and creative ideas.
    • Creating blog posts for my website and writing short posts for linkedin based on research - Scripting voice overs and creative videos
    • Schedule management, community engagement, the go-to person for all things administrative, operations flow and good energy
    • Ensuring personal and corporate life run smoothly including reservations and errands
    • Miscellaneous tasks to support her, which will vary according to the role she is executing.

    • Minimum requirement of a Bsc. Degree

    • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
    • Good knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.

    Inventory officer

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
    • Preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.
    • Preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and store keeping functions.
    • Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the store so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
    • Oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement. Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the store house
    • Undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members
    • Supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of supplies so that it can be accessed and identified easily.

    Requirement

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
    • He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Good analytical and organizational skills.
    • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.

    Sales Representative Officer

    Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am-7pm

    Salary: N90,000 - N120,000

    Benefits: Sales bonus, HMO, Xmas bonus

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the store's product offerings
    • Actively engage with customers to promote products, Utilise persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximise revenue
    • Ensure the maintenance of visually appealing displays that showcase the luxury home essentials in an attractive and enticing manner. Participate in setting up window displays and arranging product layouts to enhance the shopping experience.
    • Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and ensure that product displays are adequately stocked.
    • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions and returns.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments within the store to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers. Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
    • Ensure that the store's cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance meet the brand's standards of excellence. Take pride in representing the luxury brand and uphold its reputation for quality and sophistication.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for trends.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Good organizational skill
    • Relevant computer knowledge especially with the use of Microsoft Excel
    • Basic social media skills.
