    Diction and Elocution Teacher

    Job Description

    • The Diction Tutor will be responsible for helping students improve their style of speaking or writing as dependent upon choice of words, the accent, inflection, intonation, and speech-sound quality manifested by an individual speaker; or proper enunciation.
    • The subject teacher will require strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver constructive and informative lesson plans that will engage students ensuring the standards across all year groups are met.

    Responsibilities

    • To guide pupils in speaking right (right pronunciation of words).
    • To guide teachers/staff in speaking right.
    • To coordinate the speaking policy of the school.
    • To teach diction in the school.
    • To develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
    • Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, and by their organisation of learning resources and the classroom learning environment.
    • Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.
    • Link pupils’ knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, and challenge and inspire pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years work experience

    Salary
    N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.

    Special Education Needs Teacher

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assessing children’s skills and learning requirements
    • Designing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
    • Collaborating with parents and school staff to track pupil’s progress
    • Adapt learning materials to pupils’ needs
    • Keep track of and reflect on pupils’ progress
    • Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
    • Find engaging activities to teach skills (e.g., drawing and theater drama)
    • Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
    • Prepare students for transition to the next grade
    • Inform parents about their children’s performance and potential problems
    • Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities
    • Collaborate with internal or external support staff (e.g. speech therapists) to create holistic intervention plans.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years of experience.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.

    Literacy Head

    Job Responsibilities

    • To lead the department to ensure students at all levels achieve in line with high expectations
    • To ensure effective use of resources in the department
    • To direct and supervise the work of colleagues in the department.
    • To lead the development and implementation of policies and practices in line with School policies.
    • To ensure that thorough analysis of public and mock examinations and progress checks.
    • To prepare the student for examination such as entrance exam.
    • To ensure that lessons have clearly communicated learning objectives against which students can measure their progress.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    • Not less than 4 years experience in similar role.
    • Great knowledge of the British curriculum.
    • Have a teaching experience in a British school
    • Should be able to prepare primary students for external examinations such as (Common Entrance, Loyola Jesuit Exam and other top exams.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.

    Coding and Robotics Instructor

    Responsibilities

    • Develop curriculum and training handbook.
    • Create presentations.
    • Perform quality assurance reviews to assess comprehension of training efforts.
    • Organize and participate in coding and reimbursement meetings.
    • Review and respond to coding questions.
    • Research updated coding information.
    • Conduct coding reviews and training programs to assure coding quality.
    • Ensure billed service is being accurately coded.
    • Provide continual coding and payer updates.
    • Research coding issues that arise.
    • Maintain knowledge of ICD9 and CPT classifications and coding of diagnoses and procedures.
    • Convert hand-written medical charts to code.
    • Planning and teaching robotics lessons and labs
    • Working with other teachers and administrators to promote overall student achievement
    • Staying on top of new robotics technologies and standards.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional fee coding required.
    • Advanced coding knowledge for professional services to include ICD-9 and 10, CPT-4, HCPCS and 1500 billing.
    • Experience with the electronic health record (EHR) and health care applications required.
    • Advanced robotics knowledge for professional services.
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication/writing skills.
    • CPC or CCS-P and CPMA/CHCA required.
    • Additional specialty credentials preferred.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
