    Digital Account Manager

    DarkGold is seeking an Account Manager who is passionate about DarkGold and serving creatives deeply. Account Managers take pleasure in getting to do it all at DarkGold, supporting on projects that cross all channels. Account Managers will work closely with Account Executives to help drive digital dollars by supporting and managing all client needs. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are hit and campaigns go live in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with high expectations for themselves. They are to look for ways to make operations more efficient and know how to get the best of their team's time. Looking for someone with a strong work ethic, can-do attitude and willingness to drive business. You will liaise with retail partners and proactively reach out to new businesses to achieve sales plans and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

     DUTIES:

    • Plan, execute, manage and optimize all phases of the pre- and post-sale digital campaign process, including creating media plans, gathering campaign assets to send over to ad operations for trafficking, pacing, client reporting, flagging performance to different teams and end of campaign wrap up reports.
    • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign lifecycle [from pre-sale to post-sale]
    • Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repository
    • Account Manager is expected to respond to requests for proposals and manage proposal development.
    • Proposal development includes recommending ad placements and content channels based on client’s campaign objectives; user data and audience metrics provided by Analytics; analyzing market trends; and working with the sales team to manage and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Provide excellent white glove customer service experience to the client across all phases of the campaign.
    • Ensure that the client is looped in with the key points of contact here at DarkGold, whether it be billing, revenue operations, marketing, analytics, edit, content etc.
    • Start kick off calls with each agency/client to make all items are covered needed for a proper post sales campaign execution.
    • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
    • Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
    • Design post campaign wrap up reports for clients that accurately story-tells the successful metrics that will get clients to become repeat clients.
    • Notify revenue operations on client’s reporting needs and make sure that these needs are be met.
    • Read weekly pacing reports published by the revenue operations team and communicate out to the client any reallocation plans if need be to mitigate revenue at risk.
    • Attend client meetings, as needed
    • Own the execution, recognition and delivery of revenue closed by the sales team
    • This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in his/her portfolio.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    • Academic qualifications is not necessary, but a plus.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to handle and juggle numerous requests under a sometime tight turnaround time
    • Ownership mentality of making sure that agency, operations and other internal team are all on the same page.
    • Ability to work with numerous account executives, prioritize workload and ensure a strong pre sales knowledge is clearly communicated externally and internally.
    • Pleasant, team player attitude even during tight turn arounds.
    • Ability to work with internal team such as revenue operations, marketing, sales, analytics and product to ensure proper knowledge transfer is amongst all team that touch pre-sales.

    Talent Engagement Manager

    The Talent Manager will have a depth of understanding of micro-influencers to celebrity/macro influencer and the negotiation and sales skills to procure and manage brand partnerships for clients with measurable results.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Serve as the liaison/DarkGold point of contact for external Talent Booking Agencies
    • Support external Talent Booking Agencies and Experiential Team via talent coordination and administration
    • Support continued growth of talent process and talent teams by making recommendations on how to best deliver on Talent Acquisition needs across Experiential events
    • Assist in collecting all talent financial forms, including but not limited to, W9s, new vendor forms, and ACH forms
    • Work with finance, oversee the delivery, and logging of all financial payments and forms, needed to satisfy monetary compensation to talent
    • Manage the timely collection and execution of all talent promotional assets including photos, bios, videos, titles and other related needed to successfully promote artists
    • Coordinate scheduling of talent’s prerecorded or live participation at the Events
    • Compile and maintain tracker for talent assets, talent financial payments, prerecord schedule and song clearance that lives inside Experiential Leads shared master tracker
    • Make recommendations to DarkGold Experiential Team on artists and celebrities that fit the brand and business objectives
    • Field inquiries from talent booking agents, publicists and business managers soliciting artist and celebrity submissions for performances
    • Build, compile, and maintain a talent database containing all talent contact details and viable models and stats to help support consistent toolkits and models for booking talent across DarkGold’s experience portfolio
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions for program talent suggestions
    • Coordinate with Experiential Team and Marketing Team on program (and sponsor-related) talent needs
    • Encourage best practices and procedures to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed, and proactively identify areas for improvement that promote efficiency, innovation, and better communication internally
    • Help in coordinating approved Talent room block accommodations as approved by DarkGold
    • Assist with talent back of house movement in conjunction with DarkGold Video and PR team in support of Talent Agency’s “on-site production management to ensure live performance and/or live to tape recording is operating in a timely manner”
    • Support “Manage deliverables (e.g., tech, hospitality, etc.) required for talent as set forth talent in their Event talent agreements”
    • Attend meetings with Experiential Team so that the Music ROS can stay up to date with the current information in support of Talent Agency’s “Run of Show ownership”
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with talent
    • Using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to keep track of communication with talent and decision makers for talent opportunities
    • The candidate will be tasked with negotiating deliverables and terms for partnerships. Including but not limited to: fee negotiation; reviewing, negotiating and executing contract terms where required; creating the Scope Of Work document for talent; ensuring talent are aware of their obligations; seeing through deliverables and gathering comprehensive insights from the partnerships to share with brands post event

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • The ability to identify, procure and negotiate both short term and long term partnerships for talent across brands, licensing, events, live, publishing, media appearances and other opportunities.
    • Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated team.
    • Demonstrated ability to think clearly and quickly under pressure in fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to solve problems.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and via email/ telephone communication.

    • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Salary: ₦200,000.00 /month
