    Digital Marketing Executive

    Job Summary:
    The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for content creation for communication across online & mobile platforms with a view to driving engagement, PPD brands USP (unique selling point) communication & target audience education.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify target audience interests & utilize this to generate resonant content for deployment across all PPD online platforms & websites
    • Social media monitoring (own & competitor sites) with a view to generating workable insights in terms of trends reflective in periodic reports to be submitted to reporting Manager
    • Respond to all customer queries across our online platforms
    • Responsible for PPD website & social media content management working closely with other PPD marketing team members
    • Proficiency with Google analytics & subsequently measure performance of all digital campaigns against set KPIs
    • Conduct periodic reviews of PPD website graphical & copy content as requested by reporting manager to ensure sustained relevance & resonance with target audience
    • Conduct digital marketing trainings for representatives of the key PPD trade partner community also providing support to them post the trainings & cascading vital online marketing information to them centrally all under reporting manager’s supervision
    • Be actively involved in PPD online campaign execution, monitoring & evaluation
    • Other responsibilities as communicated by reporting manager

    Service Coordinator

    Job Summary:

    The service coordinator role is intended to promote interaction with our partners and ensure speedy resolution of our partners’ complaints as well as improve overall business interest.

    Responsibilities

    • Interact with customers who require service assistance for the inverters purchased.
    • Timely follow-up with Simba Service Centre for swift Product repairs at the workshop.
    • Manual/CRM Product Registration and Tagging
    • Coordinate and report all complaints as it relates to products and Services.
    • Provide Merchandising support to client with a view to promoting product Sales
    • Project and submit monthly spares consumption both for In-Warranty and Out-of Warranty
    • Ensure product and Spare Parts Sales as per set target

    Skills Requirement

    • Possesses excellent interpersonal and strong organizational skills.
    • Have comprehensive knowledge of products distributed by Simba and after sales support.
    • Possesses good communication and problem-solving skills,  that ensure partnerships and good relationships with clients
    • Proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheets, Power Point etc
    • Must be able to communicate (speak, hear and write) effectively to various intellectual levels

    Responsibilities

    • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
    • Research and analyze new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients to determine their needs
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
