Responsibilities

• Holding weekly training with all new staff,3 times a week (Nigeria & International stores)
• Weekly/periodic training & revisions with all old staff.
• Possessing adequate knowledge of all skin issues and the ability to impact the same knowledge to sales representatives through organized training
• Conducting monthly tests (twice a month) for all retail team members (for local & international stores and the Wuye branch
• Ability to help sales representatives generate better sales using various sales techniques and conversion skills
• Helping the sales representatives sell out alternative products when the product that sells themselves are not available.

Requirements

• Degree in any Science related course
• Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in training and consultation
• The candidate is also required to possess 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Background knowledge of the functions of cosmetic products and their components.
• Should be Confident and Outgoing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for both online and mail-order customers
• Answering phone and email inquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an effective and timely manner
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the products to inform customers
• In charge of quality control on all products
• Assist with shop opening/closing procedures, work as a team with the sale executive, offering guidance and support as well as delegating tasks and overseeing performance on behalf of the Head of sales
• Online shop create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to the e-commerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner
• General fulfill any other role/duties as directed by the Head of Sales.

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing or any related course
• Should have 2+yrs of experience in the same or similar role
• Should be willing to work remotely on Saturdays
• Candidates should reside within Ikeja or its axis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
• Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
• Responsible for drafting a balanced meal plan
• You'll be required to clean the house
• Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
• Train new kitchen staff
• Proficiency in mostly local dishes.

Requirements

• Should have an HND / Diploma.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
