    Electrical Technician / Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    • The incumbent is to ensure that the production operation is working as planned by providing engineering supervision and support on processing, Packaging & Utilities.
    • The incumbent is to ensure equipment/ machineries perform according to specified/ recommended standards.
    • The role is to make sure that the daily manufacturing volume targets are achieved within specified time, with optimized resource and at the right Quality.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • The incumbent should be able to oversee and drive maintenance of herbicide formulation and filling lines machines/ equipment.
    • He/ she must be able to take responsibility of utility operations – ensuring smooth run, to deliver the right efficiency levels.
    • He/ she should be able to leverage the combination of troubleshooting skills along mechanical, electrical, and general engineering skills to operate, monitor, maintain, report & sustain onsite utilities.
    • Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the equipment and workplace. He /she to ensure the right documentations are in place and fully complied with by the technical teams.
    • Be a champion of Safety for self, others, equipment, and general workplace.
    • Able to track, record, analysis, and schedule routine maintenance/repairs in line with TPM and WCM standards.
    • Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, extraction/ventilation, and Fire suppression system and operations.
    • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
    • Should be knowledgeable in the use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Must be able to synergize with other departments to achieve set goals.
    • Accountability for assigned works with attention to detail is a must have.
    • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum of HND in Engineering (Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or related field).
    • Have 3 - 5 years related job experience in an FMCG or relevant processing & filling line operations. Prior experience in an herbicide processing / packaging plant is an advantage).
    • Age Requirement: 28 - 35 years.

    Required Skills / Abilities:

    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Good teaming skills.
    • Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
    • Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
    • PLC Knowledge.
    • Proficiency in the use of office productivity tools
    • Robust experience in troubleshooting, motor or pump checks & repairs, Air compressor system maintenance/checks, safety and fire suppression systems etc.
    • Should be knowledgeable on general maintenance mechanics.
    • Should have basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting.
    • Should have hydraulic/pneumatic and industrial troubleshooting experience.

    Account Officer - Plateau

    Job Description

    Primary Responsibilities 

    • Post transactions and analyze account Records
    • Be engaged in inventory, customers, and sales reconciliation
    • Maintain General Ledge schedules
    • Prepare reliable & timely reports comprising of IMS raw data, customers' ledger, stock records, purchases, health checks as well as other designated reports.
    • Issue invoices, receipts, etc for all transactions and proper recording and filing of all documents including payment tellers
    • Manage the interface between the front office and the Back office finance team.

    Primary Responsibilities 

    • Prepares route plan & adheres to it strictly.
    • Develop & maintain a customer list that captures Name, Contact Persons, Address, and Phone Numbers of customers in assigned markets.
    • Sell company products to current & potential wholesale/retail outlets & customers.
    • Deliver set targets on all sales KPIs- Call, IMS, Collection, Strike Rate, Average Order Size/Call etc.
    • Ensure products are sold as communicated in the official company price list in all sales outlets.
    • Develop existing & new wholesale/retail customers to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, & annual volume / revenue targets.
    • Ensures sales to customers are done on cash basis; and Cr. Limits are approved / adhered to where applicable.

    Primary Responsibilities
