    I.T & Internal Sales Support Personnel

    Job Responsibilities

    • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
    • Provide technical support and ensure the whole company runs smoothly without internet glitch.
    • Liaise with the region to set up accounts for new users.
    • Conduct regular checks on all computers to ensure they are updated and optimized.
    • Manage repair and replacement of equipment as necessary.
    • Maintenance of access control, sensors, and CCTV components; providing footage when requested.
    • Support the sales team by making timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
    • Validate quotations and follow up on status.
    • Perform cost analysis with a thorough understanding of cost factors.

    Technical Service Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to apply strong mechanical knowledge/capabilities to effectively service, maintain, and repair company's products such as blowers, compressors, gear reducers, motor drives multi-stage pumps.
    • Also be able to conduct precision fitting, installation, and commissioning practices, including attention to detail measuring techniques to ensure the Service team meets deadlines, business objectives, and customer needs about products and services, following the company's policies and procedures, Health & Safety, and Quality requirements.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and expand a standard pump repair portfolio.
    • Grow and diversify company's customer base.
    • Analyze client’s issues and develop plans to mitigate them.
    • Maintain a complete and accurate record of all service assets and spares.
    • Manage the service team by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating
    • Professional work processes to achieve set service targets.

    Education and Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
    • 5-7 Years experience in a pump repair environment
    • Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a service environment
    • Contract negotiation skills
    • Strong administrative and reporting skills
    • Experience in risk management and change management
    • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent team player
    • Ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel.

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous or current exposure to equipment installations and “Mechanical Fitting Practices.”
    • Shaft and coupling alignment, both multiple dial and laser methods.
    • General experience with rotating equipment such as blowers, compressors, gear reducers, motor drives, and ideally on multi-stage pumps.
    • Exposure to pump systems, fault finding and pump systems start-up, and commissioning practices.
    • Sound engineering practices with regard to fitting of tolerance components, such as sleeves, impellers, couplings etc. (Knowledge of fits and tolerances).
    • Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking to hire a Quality Control Manager/water treatment and testing equipment sales specialist in FMCG (beverage, water, or spirit) who is interested in sales of Water testing and Treatment Equipment.
    • You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads, educating customers about our water treatment solutions, and ultimately closing sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all quality control activities, including raw material for inspection,in-process checks,and finished product testing.
    • Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
    • Translate quality data into compelling sales arguments, highlighting product safety, consistency, and reliability.
    • Provide technical expertise to the sales team, supporting them in addressing customer concerns and showcasing quality advantages.
    • Assist with product development by ensuring new offerings meet rigorous quality standards.
    • Participate in trade shows and customer visits, demonstrating commitment to quality and its impact on customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Laboratory Science Technology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards and implementing effective quality systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of statistical methods.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,able to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Passion for sales and a desire to apply quality expertise to support revenue growth.
