    Security Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    • The Security Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring adequate security of humans and properties as far as the location is concerned and should ensure total peace and coexistence of the working environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure the protection of lives and properties of the facility.
    • Collaborate and monitor sourced security company operations.
    • Screen visitors before allowing them into the facility.
    • Evaluate, assess, and analyze the performance of the sourced security personnel.
    • Supervise and coordinate security operations.
    • Reporting irregularities.

    Customer Satisfaction Officer / Invoicing Clerk

    Job Purpose

    • This role is responsible for the monitoring and carrying out analysis of customer feedback and conducts follow up phone calls to Survey respondents who have concerns or question.
    • Also, recommend potential products to them by collecting customer information and analyse customer needs. It includes order taking and processing of customer orders.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers and other locations and ensure delivery.
    • Initiates required action to customer requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
    • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
    • Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
    • Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer satisfaction management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
    • Attracts potential customers by answering products questions; suggesting information about other products.
    • Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

    Account Officer

    Job Purpose

    • The Account Officer role is responsible for the proper and accurate capturing of all relevant transaction on the ERP and ensuring that proper reconciliation and required report is submitted within the given timeline.

    Responsibilities

    • Posting and identification of all bank transaction receipts on daily basis.
    • Posting of all petty transactions on a daily basis.
    • Raising customer sales orders on ERP.
    • Raising item sales on a daily basis and weekly submission of sales.
    • Participating in monthly stock-taking excersice.
    • Matching of sales with bank receipt on daily basis.
    • Raising of Debit and Credit note and other issue related to sales.
    • Reconcilliation of customer ledger.
    • Raising of Supplier /Vendor bill on ERP.
    • Rasing and retirement of staff payble transaction Such as IOU , salary advance etc.

    • Submission of weekly report on petty cash transaction and other assigned duty.

    Maintenance Officer

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for the testing, monitoring, installation and troubleshooting as well as technical support for all reactive and preventive repairs and maintenance work in the Abattoir.
    • It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the organization critical asset and development of both preventive and reactive maintenance to keep the Abattoir facilities constantly up and running.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the maintenance and repairing of production equipment such as Machine and Boilers.
    • Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical faults and issues in the production floor.
    • Coduct periodic data analysis to assess the performance of machine within the Abattoir.
    • Complies with all the company safety regulations at all time within the Abattoir.
    • Keeping maintenance log and writing of shifting reports as and when due.
    • Maintain adequate stock level of spare parts for the Abattoir for reactive and preventive maintenance.
    • Inspecting production equipment to ensure proper operation of the Abattoir and safety of personnel.

    Job Purpose

    • The Production Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production activities and operations within the frozen chicken and beef production line.     Roles and Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the production process of the birdsacross all lines.
    • Collaborate with the Production Manager to determine production requirements and discuss the condition of cold chain status of the chciken
    • Oversee the weighing and ensure that birds to be slaughtered are in good condition.
    • Manage the daily slaughtering of birds, ensuring the required dressing yield percentage per production.
