    Field Agent

    Job Duties

    • Book interview appointments with members of the community
    • Conduct interview, fill out form and deliver genealogy record booklet.
    • Meet interview targets: 4 interviews daily, 20 interviews weekly target, 80 interviews monthly target

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Genealogy, History, Library Science, or a related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years as an experienced Field agent as Genealogist
    • Must have a clear and legible hand writing
    • Must be able to spell and write names correctly
    • Must be able to meet all target
    • Strong knowledge of genealogical research methods, principles, and sources.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using genealogy software and online databases.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interviews and collaborating with team members.
    • Ethical and respectful approach to handling sensitive genealogical information.
    • Preferably Male for gender balance
    • Age: 25 - 30 years
    • Candidate must reside close or around Ifo, Alagbado, Ishaga, Sango, Berger, Akute, Agege and its environs.

    Salary

    • N50,000 with free accommodation.

    Administrative Assistant

    Job Duties

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Book travel arrangements
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in Business Admin, Office Tech, Economics or any other related courses.
    • 1-2 years experience as an Administrative Officer
    • Female
    • Computer literacy
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Age: 25 - 30 years.
    • Candidates must reside in or around Ikeja, Agindingbi, Ogba, Omole, Ojudu Berger and its environs.
