    Field Sales Agents

    Responsibilities
    The responsibilities of this role include:

    • Close new Leads and deals at a high rate
    • Build relationships with new and existing customers
    • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
    • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
    • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
    • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
    • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
    • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
    • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • A Degree in Business, Statistics or related field.
    • 2-3 years experience as a Sales Agent or Direct Sales Agent
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Sound Judgement

    Accountant

    Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible forthe accounting department’s daily operations and ensuring that all significant projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed properly and on schedule.

    Responsibilities

    • Make certain that all accounting operations adhere to relevant financial regulations
    • Notify management of any non-compliant employee financial practices.
    • Analyze financial data and createmonthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.
    • Ensure financial statements are organized and maintained at all times.
    • Assist other departments in developing plans, setting goals, and making decisions that may have a financial impact on the firm.
    • Coordinate company financial planning and budget management function and analyze benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance for Departments.
    • Calculate taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and complete financial tax transactions.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • 2 years qualified as an Accountant
    • Experience in Accounting, or a related field may be preferred
    • Proficiency with computers, especially book keeping software and MS Office.
    • Exceptional math skills.
    • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
    • Immediate resumption.

    Salary
    N100,000 Monthly.

    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for steadily attracting and maintaining top talent.

    Responsibilities
    The HR Manager will be expected to:

    • Maintain a seamless onboarding process.
    • Train, counsel, and coach the staff members.
    • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
    • Conduct performance and wage reviews.
    • Create clear policies and increasing policy awareness.
    • Payroll administration as well as the implementation of employee compensation/benefits package.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
    • 2 - 3 years work experience
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Knowledge of relevant health, Labour and safety laws.
    • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
    • Immediate resumption.

    Salary
    N120,000 Monthly.
